Finpass It is the largest credit marketplace for SMEs in Brazil. For over six years, she has focused on empowering small and medium-sized entrepreneurs with fast and technological solutions, eliminating red tape in the search for ideal financing.

With over R$ 1 billion in operations and thousands of satisfied companies, they offer access to hundreds of funders with a single registration. At Finpass, finding the right credit to produce, expand or invest is simple and agile.

Project challenge

Our main challenge was to think of a company registration experience, allowing users to register quickly and easily, receiving personalized credit offers.

Another challenge was the need to ensure product consistency and scalability to facilitate future integrations of new features, ensuring that the user experience remains fluid and consistent as solutions expand.
How do we solve

Solution

To face the defiance to remodel the product and optimize the registration flow of companies interested in credit offers, we developed an intuitive registration process that guides users in a clear and simple way, reducing the complexity and time needed to complete the registration.

To arrive at this solution, we carried out surveys detailed with wearers from the existing base, in addition to a strategic benchmark with competing companies in the sector. This allowed us to deeply understand the needs of the users and identify the best practices in the market, guiding us in the most efficient direction.

We incorporate visual feedback at each stage, ensuring that users feel safe and informed throughout the journey.

In addition, the creation of a Design System robust was a fundamental solution to ensure product consistency and scalability. This system provides clear guidelines for the interface, ensuring a cohesive experience across all touchpoints. With reusable components and well-defined design patterns, we are able not only to accelerate the development of new functionalities, but also to maintain a fluid and harmonious user experience.

Results

New product: We created a new flow that prioritizes the user experience and that focuses on reducing and reducing the bureaucracy of credit to companies, creating a form of digital customer acquisition;

Scalability: With the design system designed to be flexible and scalable, allowing future updates and integrations with the necessary tools for credit analysis;

Data efficiency: The platform solved the problems of decentralizing information, since the integration of all information and its monitoring began to be carried out entirely on the platform.

Conclusion

This project was the realization of a dream that Finpass had to improve its digital presence, expand and modernize its credit line operation. On the other hand, it also makes it easier for small and medium-sized companies from all over Brazil to have access to credit to develop and grow.

Working with something that really matters in people's lives will always be what makes me enjoy this job.
